What is a "Wall Workout?" I've come up with the idea of sticking a piece of paper to specific walls of my house. On those pieces of paper, there is a different workout to do and every time (I use those words loosely, by the way) I see it, I have to do it.
Right now, they aren't fancy background designs. I made it in a word document. I just needed to post them ASAP. Maybe I'll dazzle them up another time but for now, they do the trick.
Here's the first one:
I'm placing this in the bathroom and doing it before taking a shower or if I feel like it the other times. I'm pretty sure I used "halve" right. If not, let me know. I love getting grammar or spelling lessons.
Next:
Not sure where I'll be posting this yet honestly. Maybe the kitchen...or a bedroom.
I'm referring to this video right here
I'm posting this paper in my office. I will do it in the afternoon and/or night only.
What's Tabata? It's this four minute workout containing 8 intervals. Each interval is 20 seconds followed by a ten second rest before the next one. During those 20 seconds you must push yourself as hard as you can while having proper form to get the best results. I found a Tabata Timer App for my phone that I'm going to use. It's called Simplytabata. These are my options and I'll share some links that inspired these moves.
Option 1. Option 2. Option 3. Option 3. Option 4.
I guess this is what I get when I screen shot my page...Sorry for the quality guys! If you want a good copy, contact me. As you can see, this is my arm workout. I've had to give them names because my mom forgot what they were called when teaching me. You may laugh if you feel the need. My personal favourite is 8. This will go in my living room because that's where the weights are stored. I will be using 3lbs. The point is to tone not bulk. The heavier your weights, the more bulk. But this is just what I'm doing.
If you don't understand one of my instructions, feel free to comment for me to explain better or request a video!
Wish me luck! And good luck to you too if you're going to try to do these with me!
Wish it. Dream it. Do it.
