If you know me well, you've probably already guessed it... I'm doing the unspeakable again... Something I specifically said I wasn't going to do in my FIRST post... If you haven't guessed what it is by now, I'm about to tell you the answer.

Can you hear me running to the bedroom with a TV show, chips, chocolate, pop, ice cream, and a bag of cookies in my hands?
Let me clarify: No EXCESS sugar October... What does that even mean? It means no pop, no candy, no chocolate, no ice cream, no Starbucks, no fast food, no cookies, no chips... you get the point.

Why this again? My mom looked at me today "How much did you lose in that month before grade 8 grad?" I told her 10 pounds. "And you didn't workout, right?" "Right..." "...Tomorrow's October...Let's do it." "Okay, I've said this for the past year and EVERY TIME I START, you go and get fast food and eat ice cream in front of me." "I promise I won't this time!" "If you aren't, then I will. I need your help and support through this. It's not easy and you eating sugar is not helping me. You need to help me, okay?" "I promise!"
