Motivation Monday!!


...I was sick last week and slacked. I went to the cottage over the weekend and ate junk food... I sprained my wrist and can't do some Pilates moves that I have to do. I have A LOT of homework this week...

But, a one hour workout is 4% of your day. Zumba (which is what I will be doing this week) is 20 minutes. A tabata workout is 4 minutes...I think I have time for that and I must remind myself of this every time I am overwhelmed with the lack of time and all the work.

Although I fell off, I must get back up on that horse. And so I shall.

P.S. I don't know what it is but this song has gotten me to focus on my homework recently during this time of need. Do you remember this song? LOVING IT
